Brand Emissions Leaders Report 2009
ENDS Carbon is partnering Marketing Magazine and Brand Republic to launch the Brand Emissions Leaders Project. It rates the carbon emissions performance of over 600 major UK and global brands against their competitors. Both public and private company brands have been evaluated to determine the Brand Emissions leaders in each of over 25 sectors.
This Brand Emissions Leaders Report provides a groundbreaking analysis of the performance of company-level brands against their competitors. Using objective carbon emissions criteria, ENDS Carbon assessed carbon performance in four key areas:
- Which brands have the best or worst carbon disclosure?
- How quickly are different brands reducing their carbon emissions? Who is fastest and who slowest?
- Which brands emit the least carbon in the course of their business (i.e. how carbon intensive are they)?
- Which companies have the strongest carbon reduction targets?
